VP of Human Resource
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides direction and directives to the department staff in the performance of their duties, establishing work priorities, and in achieving management initiatives;

Streamlines business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within the department;

Oversees the HR development and administration of:
benefits programs, compensation structures;
compliance and reporting functions;
organizational structure and development;
performance management and organization feedback;
training and professional development;
employee relations and culture building;
employee recruitment and retention;
diversity and affirmative action processes;

Provides strategic support to executives and management in areas of:
Linking business unit/operation strategies;
Coaching business units/operations through organization and business issues;
Coaching business partners to create and maintain a work environment with high morale and productivity;
- Provides leadership and consulting support to company executives and management on matters of goal setting, policy development, and strategic implementation in support of achieving corporate objectives and business growth.
- Provides departmental staff assessment, management and development for an HR staff.
Skills Requirements:
- Minimum of ten years Human Resources and/or General Management experience;
- Minimum of three years at the senior management or executive level in a company of similar or larger size, in which the candidate has been responsible for human capital:
- Previous experience with multi-site, multi-state, multi-functional organizations;
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all levels within the organization.
- Salary: $120,000 - 140,000
