VP of Human Resource

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides direction and directives to the department staff in the performance of their duties, establishing work priorities, and in achieving management initiatives;

  • Streamlines business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within the department;

  • Oversees the HR development and administration of:

            benefits programs, compensation structures;

            compliance and reporting functions;

            organizational structure and development;

            performance management and organization feedback;

            training and professional development;

            employee relations and culture building; 
            employee recruitment and retention;

            diversity and affirmative action processes;

  • Provides strategic support to executives and management in areas of:

           Linking business unit/operation strategies;

           Coaching business units/operations through organization and business issues;
           Coaching business partners to create and maintain a work environment with high morale and productivity;

  • Provides leadership and consulting support to company executives and management on matters of goal setting, policy development, and strategic implementation in support of achieving corporate objectives and business growth.
  • Provides departmental staff assessment, management and development for an HR staff.
Job Requirements

Skills Requirements:

  • Minimum of ten years Human Resources and/or General Management experience;
  • Minimum of three years at the senior management or executive level in a company of similar or larger size, in which the candidate has been responsible for human capital:
  • Previous experience with multi-site, multi-state, multi-functional organizations;
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all levels within the organization.
  • Salary: $120,000 - 140,000
