Tax Manager “Potential Partner”

WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU:

  • While getting the chance to work side-by-side other professionals you will receive a competitive base salary of $60,000 -$95,000 with a full executive benefits package. THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

  • Oversee a small staff.
  • In this position you will be responsible for planning, preparing and analyzing local, state and federal tax returns for individuals, businesses, etc.
  • Manage and build new client relationships.
  • Prepare internal memoranda, written correspondence, private letter rulings and other documents to be submitted to the IRS or Treasury Department.
  • Manage multiple clients, budgets, and production goals.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

The ideal candidate would possess:

  •  6+ years of experience in tax, experience in audit a plus.
  • CPA certification.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
