THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
In this position you will primarily be responsible for project management.
- Oversee large projects in various areas including: new opportunities, equipment upgrades, continuous improvement, and safety.
- Responsible for all aspects of projects.
- Assist with NPPD.
- Indentify continuous improvement activities and ensuring completion, including supporting all engineer support requests.
- Lead product meetings and project presentations.
- Assist Production Floor Operators to troubleshoot and discuss technical issues.
- Research and acquire replacement materials/equipment and general purchases.
- Assist in repairs needed for equipment and fabrication.
- Communicate and provide customers with Engineering-related information, may be direct or indirect contact.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- Five plus years of experience in a project management/engineering position within a manufacturing setting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Knowledge and understanding of the plastics industry.
- Knowledge of CAD systems, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
- Must be detail-oriented with and possess excellent communication skills.
