THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• In this position you will be responsible for building a top-notch candidate pool and presenting high quality candidates to the HR department.
• Ensure that the hiring process complies with federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
• Manage the recruiting process for various positions for the company.
• Responsible for conducting exit interviews and quarterly reports.
• Arrange for household moves of new hires.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• One plus year of experience in recruiting (preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, BBA, or related field.
• Understanding interviewing techniques.
• Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws in relation to the hiring process.

• Salary: $40,000 - $55,000
