THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- In this position you will act as a liaison for the customers and the facility.
- Coordinate, lead, and manage product development to ensure products meet the objectives of the company.
- Implement steps to evaluate customer satisfaction and goal accomplishment.
- Make recommendations to customers to assist the customer’s needs.
- Assisting in the process of proposing quotes.
- Responsible for tooling and validation from cradle-to-grave while ensuring products are cost-efficient and made in a timely manner.
- Accountable for mold designs and using technology to create mold designs for tool fabrication.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- Five plus years of experience in the plastics industry and program management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in advanced software and analytical tools such as Mold Flow, Pro-E, Solid Works and Pro-Mechanica.
- Experience in injection molding, quality, and product design.
- Experience with Statistical Process Control.
- Ability to evaluate and interpret documents such as Process and Manufacturing Control, Material Specifications, Drafting, ISO procedures.
- Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and be a problem-solver.
- Candidate should be hands-on and self-motivated.
