THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- In this leadership role you will supervise the general production area.
- Ensure the work environment is safe and clean.
- Help meet the business’s goals by ensuring timely shipping to customers using company resources.
- Specifically focus on delivering the highest quality product in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Train and develop staff.
- Act as a leader and respect all employees.
- Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
The ideal candidate would have:
- Ability to perform all physical duties in all areas of the facility, including the ability to dead lift 50 pounds to shoulder height.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Post secondary degree in a related field of study.
