Process Technician

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY: 

• Provide technical support for the operations, set-up and troubleshooting of machines and secondary operations.
• Work with Department Supervisor and assist Supervisor with training personnel.
• Examine and measure sample assemblies for adherence to surface and dimensional specifications by utilizing micrometers and calipers.
• Correspond with quality control personnel to gain approval of sample for production.
• Examine work to detect protection defects.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

The ideal candidate would have:

• High School Diploma or 5+ years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge in production and processing in raw materials, quality control, and other manufacturing techniques.
• Knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in production.
• Mechanical knowledge of machines and tools and understanding of designs, repair, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of SPC procedures and applications.
• Knowledge of IQMS system. Complete accurate IQ transactions.
• Experience in Microsoft Office.
• Problem Solver, Quick Thinker, and excellent Communication Skills.
