POSITION:

Process Control Engineer

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• In this position you will be responsible for producing and maintaining work instructions.
• Utilize Capability Studies, DOE and SPC to assist in problem solving and process improvement.
• Set detailed specifications and implement production plans.
• Conduct tests on systems for efficiency and accuracy till a quality and cost-effective production process is implemented successfully.
• Throughout the manufacturing process you will ensure the company’s financial budget is met.
• Along with developing new processes, you will improve the present manufacturing or production processes.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• Five plus years of experience in Thermoforming, Waterjet, or CNC technologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge and Understanding of PPAP submissions.
• Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Candidate should be hands-on and self-motivated.
