Located in the St. Cloud, MN area, they are currently seeking to add a Precision Ag Specialist to their team.
WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU:

- This company pays a base salary of $45,000 + depending on experience.
- In addition to the base salary, you will also receive substantial bonuses ranging from $3,000 - $7,000 annually.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- In this position you will meet with current and new growers to assess their needs and wants; while working with various departments of the facility to meet and increase the agronomy department of the company.
- By utilizing precision and traditional skills you will assist customers in creating management strategies.
- Utilize GPS, soil samples, etc. to record data to determine results of management decisions.
- Work in a team environment with sales team, applicators, and management to increase the profitability goals of the company.
- Stay up-to-date on technology of the field and marketing options.
- Encourage continuing-ed regarding product knowledge to all positions in the facility.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- Degree in Ag related field, or equivalent experience. (preferred)
- Experience in the agriculture industry, sales a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
