Plant Manager

- The company understands the value of their employees; therefore, to retain those employees this position will start with a competitive base salary of $95,000 - $150,000 with an additional 20% in bonus potential.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Oversee all operations and performance of the plant.
- Ensure the goals and the objectives of the company are met through plant activities and strategic planning with management.
- Develop plans and budget relating to all areas of manufacturing.
- Ensure the manufacturing process is cost efficient in all areas.
- Maintain current facilities and equipment.
- This leadership position will participate in necessary programs and meetings while providing direction to Department Managers.
- Acquire the proper certifications including ISO, etc.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
The ideal candidate must have:
• Bachelors Degree in Business.
• 5+ years experience of management in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Lean manufacturing concepts.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
