Our client is known worldwide for their quality products and has been a successful manufacturer for nearly a century, specializing in the injection molding sector. With multiple facilities and rapid growth they are seeking to add a Plant Engineer to their Kansas City, KS location.
WHAT THE COMPANY WILL OFFER YOU:
- Starting base salary of $50,000 - $55,000.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- In this entry level position you will learn the processes of the company while assisting in a variety of areas including design, project management, problem solving, and more to increase the production and safety of the business.
- Oversee the equipment of the facility and troubleshoot any problems and assist with installation of new machinery.
- Responsible for meeting project deadlines in a cost efficient manner.
- Enforce workplace safety to employees.
- Make decisions based on cost and quality.
- Other duties as assigned.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- Bachelors Degree in the Engineering field.
- Experience in manufacturing preferred.
- Understanding of maintenance skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
