They are now seeking to add a Planner to their team to aide in planning and managing inventory for their organization.
WHAT THE COMPANY WILL OFFER YOU:
- This company likes to retain their top-notch employees so they offer this position a competitive base salary of $45,000 - $55,000 with a sign-on bonus/some relocation.
- In addition to your salary this business operation goes above and beyond and will offer you a full benefits package including: medical with family plans available, prescription drug benefit, flex spending account, life and disability, education assistance plan, and an excellent 401k.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- In this position you will assist in the planning of purchasing materials and managing inventory levels.
- Assist in managing the inventory of the facility.
- Review quality and quantity in shipments.
- Maintain purchase order files.
- Process requisitions for production related materials.
- Address issues with supplies in a timely manner.
- Accountable for projects related to material such as lead time reductions, cost reduction targets, new scheduling processes, etc.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
The ideal candidate would have:
- Bachelor Degree in Business or related field.
- 3+ years experience.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry and KBM manufacturing software.
- CPM or CPIM certified preferred.
- Experience in MRPII systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
