Marketing Manager

- In this position you will receive a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 with 5% bonus and a FULL benefits package including affordable health and dental insurance.

- After only 30 days of employment you will receive 8 PAID HOLIDAYS per year and 3 paid personal days.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Manage the P&L to ensure the goals of the company.
- This position will also be responsible for pricing, promotions, new products, and decisions affecting existing products.
- Create new product pipeline, promotional strategies, and new in-store marketing tactics.
- Work with the Operations and Finance departments on price strategies.
- Occasional travel may be required as needed to enhance the growth of the company.
- Act as a liaison between the corporation and the consumer.
- Be an integral part of the business/marketing team to enhance the goals of the business.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- The ideal candidate would have a Bachelor’s Degree. (MBA a plus)
- 2+ years experience in Marketing.
- Experience in the food industry.
- Candidate must be a team player, self-starter,
- Be proficient in MS Office applications.
