Manager of Internal Audit
Publicly held company seeks Mgr. of Internal Audit My client is seeking a Manager of Internal Audit. This position is open due to a promotion from within. Our ideal candidate would have 5-8 years experience or more, a CPA/MBA, some Big 4 accounting experience with manufacturing or consumer products background. They are looking for someone with a personality, is assertive, confident, able to interact with the board of directors, and is ethical and professional. Base salary of 90-105k with a 25% bonus structure that has been paid out for at least the last 5 years. My client company employs over 3,500 people and has revenues in excess of $2 billion annually as well as a compound growth rate of 65% for the last 4 years.
