Maintenance Manager

To add to their success they are seeking a Maintenance Manager for one of their facilities. This company is a large supplier throughout the Midwest, and they have shown success by staying loyal to their customers and offering quality products at an affordable price.
WHAT THE COMPANY WILL OFFER YOU:
- This company likes to retain their excellent employees so they offer this position an exceptional starting base salary of $80,000 - $95,000.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- In this position you will supervise, coordinate, and support the plant employees to ensure work completion is done in a safe manner.
- Develop maintenance schedules for equipment utilizing CMMS software.
- Enforce workplace safety to employees.
- Evaluate and train staff.
- Make hiring and termination recommendations to management.
- Ensure implementation of plant policies and procedures.
- Resolve maintenance problems and make recommendations.
- Maintain and create reports based on maintenance activity.
- Other duties as assigned.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
The ideal candidate would have:
- 5+ years of experience in management previous experience in maintenance management preferred. Experience in an energy, agriculture, or ethanol facility a definite plus.
- Bachelors Degree in Agriculture or Engineering field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, other technical software, CMMS.
- Proficient understanding of maintenance skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations such as OSHA, EPA, and PSM.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Candidate should be a leader, problem solver, and possess good business judgment.
