We are proud to represent our client who is seeking to add a LOCATION MANAGER to their team.

WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU:

This company offers you the chance to work face-to-face with your customers and build long-lasting relationships with them, while working with dynamic group of people.
You will start off with a base salary of $70,000 – plus (DOE).
In addition to this viable salary you will also get the opportunity to earn a performance based bonus.
A full benefits package is included complete with health, dental, life, 401k and a great retirement plan.
In addition to this full compensation package you will also receive a take-home company vehicle, a laptop, and cell phone.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

Everyday you will manage the operations of the facility.
You will perform sales duties to maintain and enhance key customer accounts.
This position will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, analysis and communication of financial performance.
Identify, develop, and communicate business plans and opportunities to enhance the growth of the location and meet the goals of the company.
Uphold all safety regulations and policies/procedures of the company.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of agriculture experience (management experience a plus) with a grasp on sales and marketing.
Should be computer proficient (Microsoft Office) with excellent communication skills, and be able to multi-task.
A Bachelors in Ag or related field preferred.
