WHAT THIS COMPANY OFFERS YOU:
- Within a friendly and fun work environment you will work with other quality Ag professionals.
- This position has a base salary of $60,000 - $65,000 + depending on experience in addition to excellent bonus potential. On top of the base salary receive bonuses of $10,000 - $20,000 annually.

- You will also be able to take part in the company’s profit sharing.
- In this position you will also receive a company vehicle and a work attire allowance.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- On a day-to-day basis you oversee the facility; while directing production, distribution, warehousing, and sales in accordance to the policies and procedures of the business.
- Offer top-notch customer service to our customers in the area.
- Oversee the expenses and inventory of the facility.
- Review operations and sales programs to ensure the profitability of the facility.
- Make recommendations to management regarding the facility’s budget.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- Ideal candidate should have a degree in an Ag related field.
- Applicant should have at least 3 years of experience in management experience
- Previous sales and customer service experience is a plus.
- The applicant should have excellent communication skills, go-getter, and possess basic computer knowledge.
