They are a growing company located near the Bayard, Iowa area, and currently looking to fill a full-time position for a driven Location Manager. - This company pays a base salary of $55,000 - $75,000 depending on experience in addition to excellent bonus potential.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- On a day-to-day basis you will oversee the location and assist with customers to provide the services of the company.
- Coordinate and review all the operations of the facility according to the company’s policies and procedures, while developing programs to increase the profitability of the business.
- Schedule the grain and applications of the facility.
- You will oversee 2 employees, making this an environment where you can get to know the entire staff.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- Ideal candidate would have an AA degree or 1+ years experience in the Ag industry.
- Must be a leader, driven, and solid work ethic.
- Applicant should have attention to detail and have excellent communication skills.
