Located in an outstanding rural community within the Des Moines, IA area this company is currently seeking to build their team by adding an IT Manager.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Oversee the in-house IT systems and work with electronics and electrical engineering duties on the manufacturing floor.
- Manage the ERP systems in a manufacturing environment for two different product groups.
- Support MRP.
- Enhance internal communications and administration systems and Microsoft Server security.
- Coordinate online customer applications.
- Support the 3-D Modeling server.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
The ideal candidate must have:
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years IT experience with experience in ERP, in a Manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with the following software a plus: Crystal Reports, Epicor Vantage, and Progress Data Base.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Knowledge of budgets and internal/external systems/applications.
