- For this position the company offers an excellent base salary starting at $70,000 plus! (DOE) This competitive compensation will also include bonuses.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- On a day-to-day basis you will assist local growers to develop marketing strategies and improve grain opportunities.
- Correspond with various departments within the facility including marketing, operations, and accounting regarding information pertaining to those areas.
- Accountable for record-keeping customer information in database.
- Offer exception customer service to customers and producers.
- Accountable for the grain of the facility.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- The ideal candidate would possess grain experience or training in grain.
- 1+ yr in the Agriculture industry.
- Bachelors Degree in Ag related field or equivalent experience.
- Candidate should posses excellent people skills.
- Commodity experience (preferred).
- Applicant must be a problem-solver, team player, leader, and self-motivated.
