They are a growing company with a facility located in Northwest Iowa, and currently looking to fill a full-time position for a driven Grain Marketing Manager. THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- You will oversee the grain department and understand the grain market.
- Responsible for posting daily competitive but profitable bids.
- Build relationships with potential customers; while maintain coordination between the company and clients.
- Responsible for managing and evaluating the risks.
- Calculate the production costs for the market.
- Responsible for logistics.
- Stay up-to-date on all marketing and programs to assist in the growth of the company.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- The ideal candidate should have Grain experience.
- Sales experience a plus.
- Individual should be able to build relationships.
- Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Candidate should be self-motivated and possess leadership skills.
