THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- In this leadership role you will be responsible for the operations of the facility, while overseeing 10-15 employees.
- Ensure the facility operates according to company policies and procedures.
- Accountable for the Environmental, Health and Safety while focusing on reducing risks associated with employees.
- Identifying business opportunities while making constant improvements.
- Train and develop a talented staff.
- Manage various departments of the plant to enable the company to be the top choice for customers.
- Ensure top-notch customer solutions and services are met.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
The ideal candidate would have:
- 2+ years experience in the agriculture industry, in a supervisory role.
- Experience with grain a plus.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
- Possess strong communication and organizational skill.
- Must be a leader and ability to work in a team setting.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage an EHS program.
