Geotechnical Engineer

WHAT THE COMPANY WILL OFFER YOU:
- For this position the company offers a rewarding base salary of $50,000 - $70,000 in addition to a top-tiered benefits package.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Perform routine field and laboratory tests and inspections for purpose of verifying conformance to construction grading plans and specifications.
- Evaluate geotechnical reports and results, formulate recommendations.
- Interact with client representatives at project sites.
- Perform geotechnical engineering analyses and calculations.
- Prepare soil reports and proposals.
- Assist the company with securing additional work and projects.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- The ideal candidate would have 3 + years of experience
- Professional Engineer registration (preferred)
- Candidates with 3 years of field experience will be considered for Engineering in Training if PE is able to be secured within 2 yrs.
- Strong project/task management skills
- Go-getter, self-starter and problem solver.
