THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

As the Feed Manager you will manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, while overseeing a small staff.
You will manage the feed departments of the facility, while following the company’s policies/procedures to ensure the goal of the facility are being met.
Be accountable for managing personnel and inventory of the facility and ensure efficiency of all areas of business.
Be responsible for setting up orders, manage staff, buying and selling feed indgredients.
Follow all safety rules and regulations while maintaining a clean work environment.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

Ideal candidate should have an Associate’s degree or Bachelors in Ag related field (preferred).
2+ years experience in the Ag industry. Managerial experience a plus
The applicant should have excellent communication skills, go-getter, and possess basic computer knowledge.
