The Position:
We are seeking sales professional to join our rapidly growing team as a Sr. Search Consultant. You will be trained by seasoned Executive Recruiting Professionals who will equip you with the industry knowledge, technical competencies, and educate you on the daily performance metrics that deliver results! You will develop relationships with Corporate and Company Decision Makers and secure opportunities to represent them in the identification of candidates for their critical hiring needs. You will direct recruit candidates on behalf of your clients and facilitate the entire search process from search assignment, interview preparation, interview debrief, job offer negotiation, job offer acceptance, and transition into your client company & assimilating into the new corporate culture.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive compensation package which includes a draw/salary plus a very aggressive commission program. Our first year Search Consultants will earn from $50,000-$120,000. We will be happy to introduce you to these very talented associates of ERC, Inc. and they can tell you how they did it!
