THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Oversee the full scope of the human resource department.
- Direct employee relations.
- Direct staff in all the following areas: organizational administration, employee relations, orientation/development/training, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and monitor the human resources division budget.
- Ensure employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health.
- Develop the Human Resources department.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
The ideal candidate would have:
- Strong HR background in a growing organization.
- 10+ years experience in a Human Resource Experience.
- Experience in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
