THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Promoted the vision, mission, values and principles of the company with team members, outside vendors, and customers.
- Oversee compensation programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels, while managing the design and development of compensation strategy and programs.
- Direct and evaluate company’s benefits programs while making recommendations when necessary.
- Implement programs to develop and build employees according to company’s principles.
- Assist Senior Management to create future business plans; while establishing company policies and procedures.
- Put together a performance-based evaluation system by utilizing company strategic goals.
- Perform cost and productivity analyses to develop annual budgets.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
The ideal candidate would have:
- 7+ years experience in a Senior Human Resource role.
- Bachelors in Human Resources. (Masters in business preferred)
- Experience in evaluation procedures, formulating policies, and developing and implementing new strategies.
- Knowledge of all levels of employment, wage, and salary laws.
- Ability to analyze and assess training and development needs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
