They continue to show growth and success and now would like to add a Controller to oversee the operations of the facility in Northeast South Dakota.

- The company understands the value of their employees; therefore, to retain those employees this position will start with a competitive base salary of $70,000 - $80,000.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Oversee the accounting department of the facility including all accounting practices and systems.
- Responsible for the management and analysis of the financial statements.
- Manage and assist in the preparation for annual tax and audits.
- Assist the President of the company and other management with financial analysis, while being a major part of the management team.
- Accountable for assisting and managing the budget.
- Direct planning and forecasts.
- Analyze and report on trends that are possible opportunities for expansion and possible future company growth.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
The ideal candidate must have:
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting.
• 5+ years experience in a controller role.
• Some public accounting experience preferred.
• CPA a plus.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting a plus.
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
