- In this position you will receive a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 with annual bonuses and a FULL benefits package including affordable health and dental insurance.

- After only 30 days of employment you will receive 8 PAID HOLIDAYS per year and 3 paid personal days.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- On a day-to-day basis you will review and audit daily reports as well as gather data for annual audits and tax return preparation.
- Process accounts payable.
- Process payroll.
- Create monthly financial statements and related reports.
- Reconcile monthly bank statements.
- Responsible for the sales tax reporting of the business operation.
- Support management staff by providing relative information regarding the business.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
The ideal candidate must have:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.
- Detail oriented, analytical with the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
- Excellent organizational skills
