This company has multiple locations and is seeking to fill a full-time position for a Custom Applicator.

WHAT THIS COMPANY OFFERS YOU: 

  • This company pays a base salary of $13-$17 per hour (DOE), approximately $50,000 - $55,000 annually.
  • In addition to the base pay, you will also receive a $.25 per acre liquid and a $.17 per acre dry bonus plus paid overtime.
  • As well as a full benefits package including health which offers to cover 80% of family health plans, 401K, retirement, and an excellent farm plan.
  • An Employee Savings Account is available to you as an employee of this company; the company will pay out 5-6% interest on accounts.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

  • As an applicator you will apply fertilizer, crop protection products with company equipment.
  • Responsible for the recording and maintenance of the application data and log books.
  • In this position you will also be accountable for repairing, rebuilding, and maintaining location equipment as needed.
  • Assist in other duties as they are assigned, including inventory control and warehouse duties.

BACKGROUND PROFILE :

  • Candidate should posses an agricultural background.
  • Self-motivated, team player, and ability to work independently.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, CDL is a plus.
