COMPANY PROFILE

Our client, a successful company, located in the Southwestern Kansas area, has multiple locations and they are seeking to fill a full-time position for a Agronomy Salesperson. This company has excellent equipment and professional staff to help exceed the expectations of their customers.

WHAT THIS COMPANY OFFERS YOU:

To retain their excellent staff this company offers an excellent work environment along with an excellent base salary and full benefits package.
The base salary for this position is $45,000 - PLUS, depending on experience.
In addition to the base salary, you will also receive a substantial commission and bonuses.
As well as a full benefits package including health, dental, vision (company pays 75% -$500 deductible), PTO, 401K, and an excellent retirement.
A company truck and cell phone will also be given for this position.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

In this position you will meet with current and new customers to meet and increase the profitability goals of the company.
Be responsible for the management of your territory.
Offer exceptional customer service by reporting and making recommendations to customers/growers.
Be accountable for the budgeting and sales forecasting for your region according to the procedures of the facility.
You will bring a positive attitude to the crew as an essential part of the sales team.
