Agronomy Sales (Team Lead)

Our client strongly believes in putting their customers first. They are currently seeking an Agronomy Salesperson (Team Lead) to become part of their dynamic team.
WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU:

- This company pays a base salary of $55,000 + depending on experience.
- In addition to the base salary, you will also receive substantial bonuses band commissions from $5,000 - $20,000 annually.
- As well as a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, 401K, retirement, and an excellent farm plan.
- Additionally, you will receive a company vehicle to use while at work.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- In this position you will meet with current and new customers to meet and increase the profitability goals of the company.
- Be responsible for the management of your territory.
- Offer exceptional customer service by reporting and making recommendations to customers/growers.
- Be accountable for the budgeting and sales forecasting for your region according to the procedures of the facility.
- You will bring a positive attitude to the crew as an essential part of the sales team.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- Bachelors Degree in Ag related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in the agriculture industry, sales a plus.
