Our client is a successful company in the Agriculture Industry and located in the St. Could, MN area. They are known for delivering quality products to their dedicated customers and they are currently seeking to add a talented Agronomy Sales Manager to their organization.
WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU:
- This company offers a competitive base salary of $60,000 – PLUS (doe) with 10% Managerial Bonus.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- In this position you will oversee a staff of agronomy sales employees, to ensure the goals of the company are achieved.
- Meet with some existing accounts while developing new relationships with potential clients.
- Be responsible for purchasing and pricing for the agronomy products for all locations.
- Work with management and sales teams to monitor competitor products and market activities.
- Assist management in setting a budget.
- Maintain and enhance the efficiency and profitability of the business in concurrence with the company; by working close with team members and operational and department managers.
- Keep a clean work environment, one free of hazards.
- Develop and identify processes for improvement of the facility.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- The ideal candidate would have 1+ years of management experience in an agricultural setting (preferred).
- Candidate should possess excellent relationship-building and leadership skills.
- Organized and focused.
