WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU:  

  • This company offers you a base salary of $60,000 - $65,000 with bonuses of $15,000 - $20,000.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:  

  • In this leadership position you will manage three directs and also will be an integral part of the sales team.
  • You will conduct sales consisting of seed, chemical, and fertilizer to a new and existing customer base.
  • Providing customers with excellent customer service and agronomic advice will be an essential part to this position.
  • Additionally, you will complete work product relating to orders and client relations; while developing a client target list.

BACKGROUND PROFILE: 

  • Proficient knowledge of the Agricultural Industry.
  • Four to Five years of experience in agricultural sales and customer service.
  • A professional attitude is essential.
  • Ability to work independently as a team member and be a strong leader.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Skills in organizational and problem solving.
