Our client is a successful company in
the Agriculture Industry and located in the Ames, IA area. They are known for delivering quality

talented Agronomy Manager to their organization.
WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU:
This company offers a competitive base salary of $70,000 – $80,000.
In addition to the salary you will receive a FULL benefits package including

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
In this position you will oversee a staff of agronomy employees, to
ensure the goals of the company are achieved; while leading a sales team to
meet the sales objectives of the business.
Educate sales teammates on product and market plan of the business.
Work with other departments including marketing and managers on product,
competitors market, and budget.
In this position it is essential that you build long-lasting
relationships with all areas of the agronomy division as well as monitoring the
products from start to finish. This will be critical to company success of the
company.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
The ideal candidate would have a Bachelors in an Ag related field with
1+ year of experience. (or combination of education and experience)
CCA preferred.
