AGRONOMY LOCATION MANAGER

WHAT THIS COMPANY OFFERS YOU:

• Within a friendly and fun work environment you will work with other Ag professionals.
• This position has a base salary of $60,000 - + depending on experience in addition to excellent bonus potential.  On top of the base salary receive commissions of $10,000 - $20,000.
•  As well as a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, 401K, life, work attire allowance, and an excellent retirement plan.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Oversee a multi-million dollar agronomy operation; while managing a small staff of approximately 10 employees.
• You will manage the different departments of the facility, while following the company’s policies/procedures to ensure the goal of the facility are being met.
• Be accountable for managing personnel and inventory of the facility and ensure efficiency of all areas of business.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations while maintaining a clean work environment.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• The ideal candidate would possess a Bachelors Degree in an Ag related field.
• Applicant should have a general agricultural knowledge and 2+ year of experience in the Ag industry.
• Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
