Our client is seeking a results driven individual to join their management team and lead their agronomy department to new heights. This is a growing multi-location cooperative in Eastern North Dakota that is in the process of building and improving their facilities to become one of the most up to date cooperatives in the area. They have a very strategic management group which will involve this individual in assisting with making a large majority of the major decisions within the organization. Located near a very strong and growing community with lots to offer, great school system, beautiful scenery, lots of opportunities for the spouse, and a small town atmosphere with big city amenities.

-Very Competitive Compensation Package $80 – 110 K
-Supervise and manage a sales force of 4 sales agronomists and 12 applicators
-Develop relationships with vendors to maximize volume and margins while staying competitive
-Develop and implement annual agronomy budget
-Work with management team to ensure maximum efficiencies, profitability, and growth
-Diverse background within the Agronomy Realm
-Class A CDL or ability to receive
-CCA preferred but not required
-4 year degree in a related field preferred, experience will be considered
- Salary: $80,000 - 110,000
