AGRONOMY SALES POSITION

- This Company offers you a starting base salary of $40,000 plus (DOE) in addition to outstanding bonus potential.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Within your assigned region you will determine agronomy needs and create solutions for your customer base by making phone calls and generating sales of the company’s products.
- While building long-term relationships with the existing customer base you will also develop relationships with potential customers.
- You will make recommendations, sell products and programs to the producer.
- You will be responsible for timely correspondence with management in regards to competitive sales, pricing, and marketing information.
- Sustain knowledge on current products, services and resources to maintain the important information regarding those items, so you can efficiently and ethically sell agronomic products.
- Communication is key to working with a great team and in this position you will effectively communicate to management regarding accounts, problems and products.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
The ideal candidate would posses:
- 1-2 years of agriculture experience
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be self-motivated and a team player
