THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- This position is responsible for creating and maintaining customer service excellence.
- Serves customers in aftermarket services including ensuring the completion of service work for sales department while assisting in scheduling service work.
- Monitor and communicate performance and financial matters to generate revenue growth and profitability; adjust necessary items and departments in order to meet the goals of the business.
- In this leadership position you will manage available resources effectively including individual performance and development plans to increase performance.
- You will assist in product repair and warranty.
- Assist in creating a local marketing plan.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
The ideal candidate would have:
- 5+ years experience in Ag Equipment Sales or related field.
- Experience in sales and marketing.
- Experience in Ag management preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
