Controller - Manufacturing
Principle duties and responsibilities:
Prepares all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, tax returns and reports for government regulatory agencies.
Reviews reports to analyze projections of sales and profit against actual figures, budgeted expenses against final totals.
Plans and recommends budgets & forecasts, manages expenditures, and reports on actual versus budget issues.
Enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation. .
Optimizes the handling of bank and deposit relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash position.
Reviews and approves accounts payable, i.e., verifies that the payables comply with company policy.
Reviews and approves applications for new credit arrangements.
Books necessary journal entries on a monthly basis and reviews journal entries booked by the finance team.
Monitors delinquent A/R.
Other duties as assigned.
- Salary: $80,000-120,000
